my chinese new year has been fruitlessly spent being sick and feeling sorry for myself.
no, it was not a hangover.
and no, I did NOT stuff myself with food till I got sick.
it was the kind of sick that crept on to you without your noticing. I swear I didn't do anything out of the ordinary (except maybe playing the DS till 4am in the morning) then the next morning I woke up with such a bad stomach cramp and PAIN in the bones (ALL OF THEM) and I was literally busted for the day.
At that point in time, I so wished I could just die there on my bed to end it all.
I napped through the whole of Saturday. Breaking cold sweat, turning over because of bone pains, or because the bed got too warm, standing up to drink some water (and subsequently seeing either stars or black spots then feeling myself almost falling over)
Was better on Sunday, thanks.
Am better today. Guess what: from Saturday morning till this point in time, the only things I've downed are:
- half a Sandwich
- 1 bottle of Pocari
- 1 bowl of soup
- 5 pieces of soda crackers
- 1 glass of water
- 1 glass of Vitamin C (with water)
and yet I feel hardly hungry.
damn, I am sick.....
